 Template:  468 by Millies PSP Madness.  You can fine the link to her site over on the side.  Please leave some love when you download.

Open the template and check to make sure it is at 72DPI.  Duplicate it and close the original.  Delete the copyright layer and re size the canvas.

Layer 3:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp9 into the selection, select none.

Layers 1&2:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp12 into the selection, select none.

Layer 5:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp17 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

Layer 4:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp24 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

Layers 6&7:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp11 into the selection, select none.

Layer 8:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp3 into the selection, select none.  Close or delete the original layers.

Delete the word art layers.

C/P Element 21 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once, place it on top of Raster 3 and center it.  Add a gradient glow and drop shadow of choice.

C/P Element 36 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the top left.

C/P Element 42 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Element 45 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the bottom right.

C/P Element 52 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the bottom left.

C/P Element 55 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the bottom left and in front of the other elements.

Back on Raster 3 select all, float, deflate.  Add a new layer and paste Element 61 into the selection, select none.

C/P Element 60 on to the canvas.  Place it on the bottom and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 75 on to the canvas.  Place it on the right side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 71 on to the canvas.  Leave it right where it is at.

C/P Element 50 on to the canvas.  Place it towards the left but not all the way.

C/P Element 39 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.

Paste Tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it if needed.  Place to your liking.

Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag.  Save as a png and you are done.

Open Template and check to make sure it is at 72 DPI.  Dupicate it and close the original.  Delete the copyright layer and re size the canvas to a bigger size.  Depending on the size of your canvas you might have to adjust re sizing of the elements my numbers are based on the size I used.

Right Heart:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp25 into the selection, select none.  Repeat this for the Left Heart.

Banner BG:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp19 into the selection, select none.

Inside Banners:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp11 into the selection, select none.

Black Oval:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp7 into the selection, select none.

White Oval Ring:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp19 into the selection, select none.

Rod:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp18 into the selection, select none.

Black Word Art:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp14 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

White Word Art:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp15 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

White Scrolls:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp17 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

C/P Element 3 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Element 6 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the bottom left.

C/P Element 7 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 13 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the top right and in front of the other elements.

Layers 1&2:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp7 into the selection, select none.

Layers 3&4:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp1 into the selection, select none.

C/P Element 1 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Elemetn5 on to the canvas.  Place it on the top and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 86 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the top left and in front of Element 5.  Take eraser tool Size set at 21 and delete the to left of the element that is over the ribbon this way it looks like it has been slipped over the other element.

C/P Element 89 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the bottom left.

C/P Element 109 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Flip it horizontally and place it on the bottom left.

C/P Element 115 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the bottom right and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 120 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the bottom left and in between the candle and skate (but in front of them).

C/P Elements 121 and 122 on to the canvas.  Re size one by 75% three times and the other by 75% twice.  Place them both on the bottom right.  Place the one you re sized three times on the left side of the other.

C/P Element 85 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75%  four times.  Place it on the bottom right and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 11 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the left side and in between some of the elements.

C/P Element 15 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the right side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 24 on to the canvas.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 32 or 33 on to the canvas.  Place it behind layers 9-12.

Small Word Art:  Add a new layer and flood fill it with a shade of yellow from one of the papers.  Back on the original:  Select all, float, defloat.  Invert the selection and back on the flood fill layer hit the delete key.  Add an innner bevel with the following settings;  bevel 2, width 7, smoothness0, depth 2, ambience 6, shininess 2 the rest at the defaul settings.  Add a drop shadow with the following setting; V&H 1, Opacity 100, Blur 0, Color Black.  Repeat the drop shadow.

Lieve In Rself:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste PP16 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

Be You:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp21 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

Wording White:  Select all, float, defloat.  Expand the selection by 1.  Paste Pp19 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

Word Art Layers:  Use the manual color to change the Gradient layer, and on the gold outline flood fill with a light blue color.  The glass and drop shadow layers leave alone.  Merge the word art layers together.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the top right.

01.  Select all, and paste Pp9 into the selection.  Select none.  Apply the mask and merge the mask group.  If you want you can re size this layer by about 85% once you applied the mask.

02.  Paste Element 4 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 50% twice.  Place it on the bottom left.

03.  Paste Element 12 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place towards the left and put it under the paper layer in the layer palette.

04.  Paste Element 31 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 50% once.  Place it on the bottom right.

07.  Paste Element 56 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the top left.

08.  Paste Element 82 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the bottom.

09.  Paste Element 89 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it behind the word art on the bottom.  Add a drop shadow with the following settings:  V5, H4, OP91, Blur9, #1f071e.

10.  Paste Elements 94and 95 on to the canvas.  Place to your liking.

11.  Paste Tube(s) on to the canvas.  Re size it if needed.  Place to your liking.

12.  Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag as needed.  Save as a png and you are done.

New Image 800X600 72DPI

01.  Paste Element 70 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Add a new layer select all and paste Pp18 into the selection.  Select none. Back on the frame layer click on the outside of the frame, back on the paper layer and hit the delete key.

02.  Back on the frame layer click on the outside of it with the magic wand.  Add a new layer and paste Pp18 into the selection.  Select none.  Apply the mask and merge the mask group.

03.  Paste Element 6 on to the canvas.  Re size it twice, once by 50% and again by 65%.  Place it on the bottom right of the frame.

04.  Paste Element 5 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% once.  Place it on the bottom left of the frame and rotate it 15 degrees to the left.

05.  Paste Element 10 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% once.  Place it in front of the bow and arrow.

06.  Paste Element 16 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 55% once.  Place it behind the elements on the right side.

07.  Paste Element 30 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 55% once.  Place it on the bottom left.

08.  Paste Element 46 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 50% twice.  Place it in front of the elements on the left side.

09.  Paste Element 47 on to the canvas.  Re size it twice once by 50% then by 75%.  Place it on the bottom left, behind the cupcake.

10.  Paste Element 50 on to the canvas.  Re size it twice, once by 50% then by 65%.  Place it on the right side of the elements on the left.

11.  Paste Element 62 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the top left.  Paste Element 61 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice and place in the middle of Element 62.

12.  Paste Tube(s) on to the canvas.  Re size it if necessary.  Add copyright.

13.  Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag if needed.  Save as a png and you are done.

01.  Paste Pp6 on to the canvas.  Apply the mask and merge the mask group.

02.  Paste Element 50 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the bottom right.

03.  Paste Element 56 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the right side and behind Element 50.

04.  Paste Element 88 on to the canvas.  Place it on the bottom left.  Duplicate it, flip horizontally and place it on the right side.

05.  Paste Element 96 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the bottom right and behind Element 50.

06.  Paste Element 100 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the right side.

07.  Paste Element 105 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the bottom left.

08.  Paste Element 114 on to the canvas.  Re size it twice.  Once by 50% then again by 65%.  Place it beside the picnic basket.

09.  Paste Element 120 on to the canvas. Re size it by 50% twice.  Place it on the left side and in front of Element 105.

10.  Paste Element 126 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the bottom right.  Duplicate it, flip horizontally and place this one on the left side.

11.  Paste Tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it as needed.  Place to your liking.  Add copyright.

12.  Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag as needed.  Save as a png and you are done.

Open up the template and check to make sure it is at 72 DPI.  Duplicate it and close the original.  Delete the copyright and word art layers.

01.  Rust Strip:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp9 into the selection.  Select none.

02.  Creme Oval:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp14 into the selection.  Select none.

03.  Left Grey Square:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp15 into the selection.  Select none.

04.  Teal Strip:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste pp12 as a new layer.  Invert the selection and hit the delete key.  Select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

05.  Right Grey Square:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp6 into the selection.  Select none.

06.  Teal Semi Circle:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp1 into the selection.  Select none.

07.  Brown Squares and Raster 9:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp13 into the selection.  Select none.

08.  Raster 11, Stars, and White Frame:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp10 into the selection.  Select none.

09.  Paste Element 6 on to the canvas.  Place it on the left side and send it to the bottom.

10.  Paste Element 15 on to the canvas.  Re size it twice once by 65% then again by 75%.  Place it on the left side.  Bring it to the top.

11.  Paste Element 14 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the bottom left.

12.  Paste Element19 on to the canvas.  Place below everything.

13.  Paste Element 24 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the bottom right.  Bring it to the top.

14.  Paste Element 25 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the right and behind Element 24.

15.  Paste Element 51 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Flip it horizontally and place it on the bottom right and in front of the other elements.

16.  Paste Element 70 on to the canvas.  Place it on the bottom and below the other elements.

17.  Paste Element 77 on to the canvas.  Place it below Element 70.

18.  Paste Element 91 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it above the divider on the left.

19.  Paste Element 90 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Flip it horizontally and place it on the bottom left.

20.  Add tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it as needed.  Place to your liking.  Add copyright.

21.  Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag as needed.  Save as a png and you are done.
