Instructions:
 New Image 800X600 72DPI

C/P Element 4 on to the canvas.  Leave it where it is.

C/P Element 8 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the bottom.

C/P Element 6 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the left side.

C/P Element 17 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it to the right and behind Element 6.

C/P Element 20 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 22 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Flip it horizontally and place it behind the other elemetns except Element 4.

C/P Element 26 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 42 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the right side.

C/P Element 53 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the right side.

C/P Element 60 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it behind the other elements except the gate.

C/P Element 66 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% three times.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Element 85 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the bottom and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 140 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Flip it horizontally and place it behind the black cat.

Paste Tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it if needed.  Place to your liking.

Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag.  Save as a png and you are done.

Supplies:

Template:Spooky Fun by Dee.  You can fine the link on the side.

Open up the template and check to make sure it is at 72DPI.  Duplicate it and close the original.  Delete the white background, copyright and font info layers.  Re size the canvas to a 800 width, the height will adjust itself.

Top 1/2 Cirlce Blue:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp5 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.  Repeat this step for the Bottom blue 1/2 Circle.

Long Right Orange Strip:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp7 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.  Repeat this step for the Left Long Orange Strip.

Center Purple Strip:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp19 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

Top Purple Square:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp17 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.  Repeat this for the Bottom Purple Square.

Top Right Green Square:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp14 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.  Repeat this step for the Left Green Square.

Bottom Purple Rectangle:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp6 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

Green Oval:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp1 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

Swirl:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp16 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.  Repeat this step for the Stars.

Word Art Layers:  Want Some flood fill with a color from the rest of the tag add a gradient glow of choice.  Do the same with the fun? layer (except the gradient glow).  The Spooky; using the Hue Map Tool change the colors to any color picked from the rest of the tag.  Merge them all together and re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the top left.

C/P Element 1on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the bottom left.

C/P Element 20 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Element 25 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the bottom left and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 48 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the left side and in front of the other elements.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the left.

C/P Element 63 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the top left and behind the word art layer.

C/P Element 81 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the bottom right.

C/P Element 85 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the rigth side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 86 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the right and place to the right and behind the word art on the top left.

C/P Element 21 on to the canvas.  Place it behind the word art on the top left.

Paste Tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it if needed.  Place to your liking.

Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag.  Save as a png and you are done.

Layer 6:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp21 into the selection, select none.

Layer 5:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp20 into the selection, select none.

Layers 4&3:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp17 into the selection, select none.

Layer 2:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp19 into the selection, select none.

Layer 1:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp10 into the selection, select none.

Select all and paste Pp19 into the selection, select none.  Apply the mask and merge the mask group.

C/P Element 53 on to the canvas.  Place it on the bottom.

C/P Element 62 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the bottom right.

C/P Element 68 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 70 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the bottom right and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 79 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the left side and flip it horizontally.

C/P Element 86 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the right side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 93 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the left side and behind the rabbit.

Open template, duplicate it and close the original.  Delete the copyright layer.  Re size the canvas to a 800 width the height will adjust itself.

Layer 7:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp10 into the selection, select none.

Layer 6:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp5 into the selection, select none.

Layers 4&5:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp9 into the selection, select none.

Layers 1&2:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp14 into the selection, select none.

Layer 3:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp21 into the selection, select none.

Layers 8&9:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp23 into the selection, select none.  Merge the two together and add a gradient glow of choice. 

C/P Element 1 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the left side.

C/P Element 7 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the right side and behind the word art.

C/P Element 17 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Element 24 on to the canvas.  Re sizse it by 75% twice.  Place it on the left side and behind the snake.

C/P Element 41 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the right side.

C/P Element 91 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 102 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the right side and behind just the cat.

C/P Element 103 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the top.

C/P Element 101 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the top right and behind the spiderweb.  Merge the two together and re size it by 65% one more time.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the right.

C/P Element 89 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Element 88 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the top left.

Paste Tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it if needed.  Place to your liking.  Depending on the tube used you might have to move some things around.

Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag.  Save as a png and you are done.

C/P Element 10 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the left side.

C/P Element 43 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the right side.

C/P Element 25 on to the canvas.  Place it on the top.

C/P Element 24 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the left side and behind Element 10.
