Supplies:

Kit:  September  by Amy Marie.  This kit can be found at

Template:  671 by Millies PSP Madness

Special Settings:  Most Elements will be re sized by 75% unless otherwised stated.

Open up the template and check to make sure it is at 72DPI.  Duplicate it and close the original.  Delete the copyright layer and re size the canvas.

PAPERS:

Layer 6:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp16 as a new layer, promote the selection to layer, select none.  Repeat for Layer 8 (now you can go to layer 8 before deleting the paper layer so you dont have to paste it again if you want).

Layer 4:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp3 into the selection, select none.

Layer 5:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp2 into the selection, select none.

Layer 2:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp6 into the selection, select none.  Repeat for Layer 3.

Layer 1:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp14 as a new layer, Promote Selection to Layer, select none.  Delete the paper layer and the original layer.

Layer 7:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp5 as a new layer, Promote Selection to Layer, select none.  Delete the paper and the original layers.

ELEMENTS:

C/P Element 8 on to the canvas.  Place it on the right side and rotate it 30 degrees to the left.

C/P Element 7 on to the canvas.  Re size it once.  Place it on the right side and behind Element 8.

C/P Element 15 on to the canvas.  Re size it once.  Place it on the right side and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 25 on to the canvas.  Place it on the top left and behind everything else.

C/P Element 27 on to the canvas.  Re size it once.  Place it on the bottom left and in front of everything else.

C/P Element 32 on to the canvas.  Re size it twice.  Place it on the top right and in front of the other elements.

C/P Elemengt 49 on to the canvas.  Re size it three times.  Place it on the top right and behind Element 32.

C/P Element 53 on to the canvas.  Place it on the bottom and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 58 on to the canvas.  Re size it once.  Flip it horizontally and place it on the top left.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the right.

C/P Element 63 on to the canvas.  Place it on the bottom and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 64 on to the canvas.  Re size it once.  Place it on the bottom left and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 74 on to the canvas.  Re size it three times.  Place it on the top right and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 82 on to the canvas.  Place it on the top left and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 41 on to the canvas.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the left.

Paste Tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it if needed.  Place to your liking.

Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag.  Save as a png and you are done.
