Template:  637 by Millies PSP Madness

Open the template and check to make sure it is at 72DPI.  Duplicate it and close the orignal.  Delete the copyright layer and re size the canvas to a bigger size for the elements.

Layers 1&5:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp15 into the selection, select none.

Layers 2&3:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp21 into the selecion, select none.

Layer 4:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp5 into the selection, select none.

Layers 6&7:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp6 into the selection, select none.

C/P Element 5 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Rotate it 45 degrees to the right and place it on the bottom right.

C/P Element 10 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the bottom left.

C/P Element 18 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the right side and behind Element 5.

C/P Element 17 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the bottom left and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 32 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the top left.

C/P Element 30 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% three times.  Place it on the bottom right and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 43 on to the canvas.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements on the bottom left.

C/P The Tube (this tut is based around this tube).  Re size it by 35% and place it in the center of the tag.

C/P Element 91 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the bottom left and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 108 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Element 129 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the bottom right and in front of the other elements.

Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag.  Save as a png and you are done.
