Supplies:

Template:  625 by Millies PSP Madness

Open template and check to make sure it is at 72DPI.  Duplicate it and close the original.  Delete the copyright layer and re size the canvas so the elements will fit later.

Layer 1:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp015 into the selection, select none.

Layer 2:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp016 into the selection, select none.  Flip it vertically.

Layers 3&4:  Select all,  float, deflate.  Hit the delete key a couple of times and paste Pp013 into the selection, select none.

Layer 5:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp020 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Close or delete the original layer.

Layers 6&7:  Select all, float, deflate.  Hit the delete key a couple of times and paste Pp019 into the selection, select none.

Layer 8:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp012 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Do not close or delete the original layer.

Layer 9:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste Pp011 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit the delete key, select none.  Do not close or delete the original layer.

Merge the word art layers together.  Add a gradient glow and move towards the bottom right.

C/P Element 1 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the bottom left.

C/P Element 4 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Element 9 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the bottom right and behind the word art layer.

C/P Element 19 on to the canvas.  Place it on the bottom and behind the word art.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the right.

C/P Element 24 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.  Duplicate it, flip this one horizontally and move it towards the right just a little bit.

C/P Element 30 on to the canvas.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 53 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the right side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 82 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Flipi horizontally and place it on the right side and behind the rope only.  Duplicate it and move this one to the left just a little bit.

C/P Element 101 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the right side and behind the other elements.

C/P Element 100 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the right side and behind the boat.

Paste Tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it if needed.  Place to your liking.

Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag.  Save as a png and you are done.
