Effect:  Alien Skin Xenofex2 Constellation, Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (For the copyright and name).

New Image 800X600 72DPI.

C/P Element 2 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it on the top and center it.  Click on the inside with the magic wand, expand it by 5, add a new layer and paste Pp8 into the selection, select none.  Move this layer below the frame.  Click on the black around the frame, Add constellation of choice.

*C/P  Tube on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% once, then re size it two more times by 65%.  Place it on the left side.

C/P Element 141 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place  it on the bottom and in front of the other elements and the tube.  Make sure the word Merry touches the frame a little bit.

C/P Element 142 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the right side and behind Element 141.

C/P Element 139 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% three times.  Place it on the top right.

C/P Elemengt 131 on to the canvas twice.  Re size them both by 75% once.  Flip one horizontally and place this one on the left side.  Place the other one on the right side.  Merge the two together and place them behind all the other elements.

C/P Element 132 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the left side and behind the tube.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the left.

C/P Element 118 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 50% once.  Place it on the top right and behind the bow.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the right.

C/P Element 112 on to the canvas.  Re size it three times once by 50% the other two times by 75%.

C/P Element 74 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place it on the left side and in front of the other elements.

C/P Element 138 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% three times.  Place it on the left side and behind the candle.

C/P Element 104 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place it on the top left.

*Back on the paper layer:  Select all, float, deflate.  Paste the tube back on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Move it to where the face is inside the marching ants (place it to your liking within it), invert the selection and hit the delete key.  Change the blend mode to overlay.

Add some drop shadows to some of the layers.

*Depending on the tube you use settings will be different.

Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag.  Save as a png and you are done.
