Supplies:
Kit-Big Top by Amy Marie.  This kit can be found at www.amymarieskits.com
Mask-WSL 169

New Image 800x600 72DPI
C&P Element 2 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it in the middle.

C&P Element 58 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the left side and below the circus tent.  Duplicate it and move this one over to the right side.

C&P Element 3 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the left side.

C&P Element 6 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 50% once.  Flip it horizontally and place it on the right side.

C&P Element 9 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 50% once.  Place it on the left side.

C&P Element 56 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place it on the right side.

On the bottom layer select all, paste Pp13 into the selection.  Select none.  Duplicate it and apply the mask to the duplicate, merge the mask group, add a drop shadow with the following settings:  4, 4, 96, 9, #f6f6f0 do this one more time.  C&P Element 63 on to the canvas and place it in the top left corner of the mask layer.

C&P Element 38 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the left, flip it horizontally and place it in the top right corner of the mask layer.

C&P Element 53 on to the canvas.  Place it on the left side and behind the circus tent.

Back on the mask layer select all, float, defloat.  Expand by 19, invert the selection and back on the original paper layer hit the delete key.  If you want you delete anything else that sits on the outside of the selection like the candle fence but this part is completely up to you.

C&P Element 78 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place in front of the elements on the right side.

Paste Tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it if needed.  Place to your liking.

Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag.  Save as a png and you are done.
