01.  Paste Element 51 on to the canvas.  Select all, add a new layer and paste Pp5 into the selection.  Select none and move it down below the frames.  Back on the frame layer click on the outside with the magic wand, go back to the paper layer and hit the delete key.

02.  Paste Element 53 on to the canvas.  Re size it twice, once by 45% then by 65%.  Place it on the bottom right.

03.  Paste Element 54 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% once.  Flip it horizontally and place behind and to the right of Element 53.

04.  Paste Element 63 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% once.  Place it behind and to the left of Element 53.

05.  Paste Element 41 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% once.  Place it on the top left of the fat frame.

06.  Paste Element 34 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% once.  Place it on the bottom left.

07.  Paste Element 33 on to the canvas.  Send it to the bottom in the layer palette.  Click on the inside of the frame and paste Pp5 as a new layer.  Invert the selection and hit the delete key.  Select none.  Move the paper below the frame.

08.  Paste Element 10 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% once.  Place it on the right and behind the other elements.

09.  Paste Element 23 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% and place it behind the coins.

10.  Paste Element 26 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 45% once.  Place it on the left side and behind the cookies.

11.  Pick about eight tubes from the same artist (preferably st patty ones).  Now on the frame layer click on the inside of each frame (one at a time), and paste five of the tubes into the selections.  Re size the tubes if necessary.  Invert the selection and hit the delete key.  Paste the other three tubes on to the canvas.  Place to your liking.

12.  Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag as needed.  Save as a png and you are done.
